Nathaniel Zibowski, or Zib for short, is one of the Senior Mission Managers who works at Hero Factory. Zib was build on the Trash-planet Afval 3C by his mother Rosemary and father Peter. He later got a younger brother, Daniel, as well. Zib is a hard worker, some would call him a workaholic, going as far as to work himself sick sometimes. He respects Mr. Makuro greatly. He has a close relationship with the Heroes he manages, though hates it when they tease him. Zib fell in love with Wolf after knowing her for couple years, and was too shy to tell her of his feelings. His fears were deemed mute when Wolf returned his feelings. Zib is hard-working, aloof and professional, but is prone to panicking when things start to go wrong. When push comes to shove, however, he can fight though, having a black belt in Robo-te, showing his talent when he "fought" John Kevin and won. Zib has somewhat of a short fuse, and is very aggressive when challenged. Most of the time, however, he is a caring boyfriend who is willing to protect those he loves.

Jennifer Helen Wolf is a Hero and a team leader who works at Hero Factory. She is the leader of Team Opal, one of the heroine-only teams that operate at HF. Wolf was unfortunate enough to be given to the one chauvinist mission chief, Henry Jacksonn, to train. The chief and his teams attempted to break Wolf's spirit to make her see herself as inferior, but Zib stepped in, helping Wolf see her own worth. When Jacksonn's abuse got physical, Wolf protected herself bravely. Makuro then fired Jacksonn and Wolf was given to Deppy instead. There Wolf grew to become the strong and independed woman she is now, but due to her past, she harbored hate for most men, not including Zib and Mr. Makuro. As she grew, she developed a crush on Zib, that later turned into love. She was overjoyed when Zib finally confessed his feelings for her. After being assaulted by John Kevin, Wolf lost a bit of her bravery, but has been regaining it since. She wants to make HF a safe place for all genders to work in, and since her accident that almost caused her life and that severly damaged her back, has been working to create a safe-room for all those who feel threatened in HF for some reason. Wolf is headstrong and open, likes to tease people, especially Stormer, and is very brave and loyal to those she cares about.

Quadal, Quad for friends, is a assistant-bot who was asingned for Zib the day he became a mission chief. Quadal has been Zib's friend, helper and voice of reason ever since. Quad, like all assistant-bots, speaks in binary, but all robots can still understand him clearly. Quad is a hard worker, and prides himself in that fact. He is often the one to tell Zib to take breaks, though sometimes overworks himself. Quadal likes to tease Zib, his favorite subject being Zib's inability to tell Wolf of his feelings. Quad got to taste his own medicine though, when he met Mechi, a fellow assistant, and fell in love with her. When he told Zib of his crush, this gave the chief an opportunity to take revenge by telling Mechi of Quad's feelings. It is not yet known if Mechi heard or how she reacted to this revelation.
Quadal is a loyal and caring friend, despite his bad habit of teasing those he cares for.

Akiyama Makuro is the CEO and founder of Hero Factory. No one knows how old he is, or even who build him. His Japanese name suggest he was build in the said country. Makuro was known as an explorer in his youth, treading the planets in search of recourses and new creatures. As he grew older, he had gathered quite a nest-egg of money and decided to settle on a barren planet, creating a factory there, later to be dubbed by the civilians as "Hero Factory" due to the heroic robots being build there. He used the rare mineral, dubbed "Quaza" as the Heroes' core, giving them their strong and heroic personalities. A city started to be build around the factory, later named as "Makuhero City" by it's citizens. Makuro treats each of his heroes like his children, being present in all of their assemblies and helping them any way he can. Makuro does not tolerate any sort of abuse in his factory, firing those who he deems dangerous to his heroes and workers, sometimes even exciling robots from the planet, if deemed dangerous enough. He believes in second chances, however, and is willing to forgive and forget if the person shows themselves to have truly changed their ways. He is both professional and jovial, mysterious and easy to approach at the same time.

Sam is still young and inexperienced, and isn't exactly sure if being a Hero is her thing. After Wolf almost died on a mission, she started to re-think her options. Henry Terry Jacksonn was a senior mission manager who worked at Hero Factory. He was fired by Mr. Makuro due to his abuside actions towards his female-rookies. His current occupation is unknown, but it is likely he no longer lives in Makuhero city. Jacksonn's father was very abusive towards his mother, traumatising Jacksonn greatly. He wanted to be accepted by his father, who never acknowledged his son in any way, so he too started to be abusive to women. His father's teachings stuck with him to his adulthood and he took it upon himself to make each female hero under him want to quit or at least become a nurse or a pilot instead. This cycle was broken by Wolf who fought against him. Zib, upon finding out about Henry's abusive actions told Makuro about itt. causing him to be fired. Little is known from where Jacksonn ended up in after that.

John Desert is a Hero who used to work under Henry Jacksonn. He was raised to believe Jacksonn's views on women and often acted as his right hand when punishing new rookies. His stance changed when Wolf started to show her talents and even complimented her to Jacksonn. This caused his mission chief to attack him, making Desert think twice about the actions they had taken in the past. After Makuro fired Jacksonn he put Desert and the rest of his team in theraphy and lessons on the harms of their past attutudes, and there Desert truly realized how awful he had been to Wolf and the other rookies. He is now a part of another team, and rarely speaks of his past. He met the woman of his dreams in this new team and is happy. He hates Jacksonn for lying to him, but he also feels quilt over his actions in the past.

John Kevin is a ex-hero who used to work in Hero Factory for an unknown team. He was known as a womanizer who had multiple different girlfriends, sometimes at the same time. He never really loved any of them, and only used them to boost his own appeal. One day he came by Wolf and fell maddly in love with her. When he was rejected by her one too many times, he attempted to assault her, only to be stopped, and beaten up, by Zib. He was then fired from his job, put into a holding cell for few months and then exciled from Makuhero city. Kevin was seemingly broken from losing his job. Wether it was due to losing his reputation as the most handsome women's man or if he was sorry about what he had almost done, is not clear. His current occupation is unknown.
